Welcome to Delivered2You. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related platforms (“Platforms”). By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- “Platforms” refers to our website, mobi‑sites, and mobile applications.
- “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any person who accesses or uses our Platforms.
- “Outlets” refers to restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, and other vendors listed on our Platforms.
- “Courier delivery” refers to deliveries carried out by Delivered2You, its nominees, or independent drivers using our cloud platform.
- “Products” refers to food, beverages, groceries, and other items available via our Platforms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to order liquor, tobacco, or restricted products. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
- If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to use our Platforms.
3. Registration and Account Security
- To place orders, you must register as a user and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent any person or entity.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders placed via our Platforms constitute an offer to purchase products from the selected outlet.
- Payment must be made through the available payment methods on our Platforms.
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes.
- Delivered2You reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of fraud, error, or outlet unavailability.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to outlet preparation, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
- If you fail to accept delivery without valid reason, the order will be marked as completed and non‑refundable.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:
- Automatic refunds apply if an outlet cancels your order.
- Manual refunds may be processed for incorrect, missing, or undelivered items.
- Refunds are subject to bank clearing times (24 hours to 5 working days).
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Platforms for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of our Platforms.
- Misuse promotional offers or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Delivered2You is not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by outlets, couriers, or third‑party service providers.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delivered2You disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on our Platforms are owned by Delivered2You or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Your use of our Platforms is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with POPIA.
11. Changes to Terms
Delivered2You may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our Platforms with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Platforms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
